ID Verification:

Each sitter is required to verify their identity with the We Just team using either their National ID, passport, or driver's license.

Certificate of character:

In addition to ID verification, all sitters must successfully provide a certificate of character check.

References:

Prospective sitters joining our platform must provide two references from previous employers or families they have worked with.

Reviews:

Parents can access and read reviews left by other parents on a sitter's profile. A feature to message these parents in-app for further information (coming soon).

Pre-Sit Meet-ups:

We facilitate virtual pre-sit meetings for parents with any sitter they are considering booking. It's a wonderful way to establish comfort with a new caregiver.

Secure Payment:

All transactions are securely handled and tracked through the app. A fully digital and secure payment system.
